Yes, worth the investment. Here she is I didn’t have any contact with their team prior to purchasing as I mostly researched and made my decision by reading other people’s reviews, so I can’t really judge. But I can say that their website is great and everything was delivered to me as I ordered it and faster than I expected! The doll was packaged nicely in a beautiful blanket with a thick mat and not a scratch or flat spot. It was perfect.
